Vicki named #1 TOP PRODUCER/ DOLLARS VOLUME, throughout the years, either #1 volume sales/dollars and/or most homes sold in the Sun City/Menifee area and surrounding areas. Vicki had a "stellar" year and out sold all agents at Coldwell Banker ABR (both offices) having the most transactions (Listings/Sales Sold). She has been honored by Coldwell Banker Corporate, Western Region, for continually selling more than 36 residences a year (actually much more than 36 but the minmum for this award is 36). Vicki has been awarded this honor again this year and receives the President's Award. She will be placed in the company's President's Circle again this year, her 8th consecutive year in that category. Only 8% nationwide of Coldwell Banker agents are among those receiving this prestigous designation.
Vicki is no stranger to this area, she has worked here over 20+ years. She was a paralegal and office manager for a local law firm for 10 years and moved on to real estate a career she loves. |
Vicki was Honorary Mayor of the Greater Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce in 1992-1993. She was President of the Chamber in 1988 and 1999. She was President of the Board of Realtors in 1995 and President for 2000. She sells homes in Sun City, Menifee, Murrieta, Hemet, Temecula and other surrounding areas. She is the mother of 9 grown children and grandmother of 12.
Vicki has joined the management team for Coldwell Banker ABR and does the training for new and "seasoned" agents for their four offices. Her office is at 28120 Bradley Rd., Sun City, CA 92586.
Vicki specializes in marketing all types of homes: family, senior, probate-trust, short pays, etc. and her average sold properties per year average 50+ (listed, selling, referrals).
